FUNAI PROVISION FOR ACCOMMODATION

 The Federal University Ndufu-Alike Ikwo, FUNAI in order to meet her emergency accommodation need has devised several possible means to provide accommodation for 100 Level to 300 Level students of the institution before the resumption date, October 20th, 2014. Among the steps taken by the University are the following :

The Renovation of some buildings in FOLK POLYTECHNIC for hostel
The university that taken a decision to renovate some buildings in FOLK POLYTECHNIC IKWO for the use of  temporary accommodation for the students till the on-going accommodation projects in the permanent site is completed.

Other options include taking good available buildings in Ikwo for lease and converting them to hostels for temporal use.

EXTENSION OF SCREENING DATE 2014/1015

The screening date for new students as stated on the notice board by the registrar reads September 2^nd . The university had it in mind that if the school resumed on the 20^th of September being Saturday then the screening starts 22^nd of September being Monday.

But due to the postponement of the resumption date FUNAILAND news man OMAKA was informed in the University Senate Office that the screening of the 2014/2015 admitted students was postponed alongside with resumption and starts first week of resumption. This means that as new students resume on Saturday 20^th October, screening will start on Monday 22^nd October, 2014. Note that the deadline for screening is not 20^th or 22^nd, it has not yet been fixed, so don’t panic.

FUNAI 100 LEVEL SCHOOL FEES/ACCEPTANCE FEE INFO.

 


To all 100 Level 2014/2015 Freshmen (New Students) of the Federal University Ndufu-Alike Ikwo(FUNAI).

 All students offered a provisional admission whose names appeared on the first admission list are to pay a non refundable acceptance fee o N10,000. The deadline for the payment of the acceptance fee is on or before the 23rd day of September, 2014.
NOTE THAT ANY STUDENT WHO MAKES THE PAYMENT FOR THE ACCEPTANCE FEE AFTER SEPTEMBER 23RD IS BOUND TO LOSE THE ADMISSION.

 PROCEDURES

• Pay the acceptance fee

• Go to the school Bursary Office with your teller, there they'll take the teller and give you acceptance fee receipt.

• Go to your department office and submit the original copies of your credentials for screening.

• If you have been screened and found all your credentials complete and original then proceed to pay your school fees.ENSURE YOU DON'T PAY YOUR SCHOOL FEES BEFORE SCREENING.Pay after you have been screened.

FUNAI 2014/2015 ACADEMIC CALENDER/RESUMPTION UPDATE

This is a big-time solution to all FUNAI students both freshmen and returning students, as FUNAI has been on the hedge of confusing students by deformation. But FUNAI LAND is always there to get these info. from the holes where they are inscribed.
An academic calender was published on FUNAI school website on Wednesday 17th, 2014 which proved that the University resumes on the 20th and 27th of October for Freshmen and returning Students respectively. But prior to the outcome of the Senate Meeting held on Tuesday 16th, 2014 the school resumption dates were postponed rendering the Academic calender uploaded on the school website on September 17th, 2014 invalid.
