Godsfavryt DROPS A NEW TRACK

Godsfavryt (Anosike Favour)is a gospel artist whose voice and inspiration is celestial. A 400 Level student of Funai studying Microbiology. After beholding all her onstage ministrations in CORE, CASOR, featured by Davidel,  and so on, she decided to personally go into the studio to release a track titled "BEFORE YOUR THROWN".  I asked her which gospel artist mostly inspires her and to my greatest surprise she said none. Truly God is her inspiration. But she noted that her Gospel models include Donnie, Kierra and many others.
The first time I heard her minister a piece in CASOR FUNAI, I heard beyond a voice. It was really those Igbo 'mixtures' of hers that inspired me most. I knew they where her works. I asked to confirm that she did compose them. I loved to record that voice and play them at quiet time. I yearned for it and now I'm about to have them.
While reacting to my kudos to her voice she said:
"I don't even see my voice as good. I sing cause it's the only way i express gratitude to God. I mean that's all i gat"
She dropped a note that "BEFORE YOUR THROWN" will be dropped in two weeks from now.
So get ready as we join her to appear before God's thrown.

FUNAI FURTHER REDUCES HER SCHOOL FEES

Towards the unfolding of her resumption for the 2015/2016 academic session, the Federal University Ndufu-Alike Ikwo reduced Freshers school fees from the usual N60,000 to N59,000 and returning students from N56,000  to N52,000.
At first view, the entire students community of Funai nationwide expressed elation over the latest development. But a clearer view of the breakdown of the returning students' fee exposed unimaginable levy which included ID CARD and REGISTRATION. Therefore, students called for explanation of such in the breakdown.
To stand on the pedestrian of justice, the University on Thursday 8th of October republished a new breakdown of school fees for both the Freshmen and the returning students.
In the new school fees, Freshmen  are to pay N45,000 plus N12,000 hostel fee(optional), while Returning students are to pay a sum of N36,000 plus N12,000 hostel fee(optional).
The image below is a breakdown of the school fees.

HAVING ISSUES WITH SUPPLEMENTARY REGISTRATION?

Ever since the release of the supplementary form, candidates find it difficult completing their registrations online. The official procedure is that after making your payment in favour of Federall University Ndufu-Alike Ikwo, Candidate school go to the supplementary online registration page to create account,  after creating your account you're required to come back after 48 hours being 2 days.
Several candidates who came back after the 48 hours still gets frustrated as the system still requires them to come back after 48 hours. One of the candidates reacting to Funai Land said "the 48 hours no dey finish?".
The worst of all the situations which keeps the hearts pumping, is the deadline for registration being this Friday,  9th October,  2015.
Due to several complaints to Funai Land Administration, we took a step to the Funai ICT website management. To Mr. Ademola precisely. He reported that candidates who experienced such problems should cease panicking.  He further explained that when a candidate makes payment to the bank, the bank is expected to forward the candidate's teller number to the University Bursary Department, then the Bursary will forward it to the ICT website Managers. This process will take place within 48 hours. That's why candidates are told to come back to the site for a completion of their registration. Once this process is complete for any candidate,  there will be a successful registration.  But if by any means this process is not complete for any candidate,  it shows that the candidate's teller number is still either with the bank(in FUNAI account) or with the school Bursary Department,  but not yet with the ICT,  therefore the system will automatically  keep on  displaying "Come back in 48 hours".
Mr. Ademola encouraged that there should be no fear over that, as every candidate who has made payment to the account and created account has been recorded by the school as an applicant for the Supplementary examination. He further said that since the fault is not from candidates who have paid and created account, the site may not be closed against them on the 9th of October being the deadline for registration. But he advise each  candidates to keep on trying on the online registration.

HOW TO LIVE WITH A COLLEGE ROOMMATE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM.

We all know that it’s not
really common to live alone in college
even if you are the only son of B.G,
Living with a roommate once you start
your college life journey is just a
matter of individual choices, but that
doesn’t mean that living with a
roommate is an easy task. Here I will
be stating some few tips to help you
learn how you can adjust with your
roommate.
Personalities:
Whether you are living in-campus or
off-campus you will probably have
one or more roommates in order to
save money. Adjusting with you
roommates can be a beneficial
experience but it can also be a very
complicated experience as you will
have to deal with mixture of
personalities in one house. You will
need to create a cleaning schedule
and take care of your roommate’s
leisure timings.
You also need to adjust with the
moodiness and bills as it can all lead
to a stressful relation from a friendly
relation. When you are new to your
college you will probably haven’t met
your roommate before so it might
take time to talk to each other.
Nowadays social media is most likely
considered to be a good way of
getting to know people but nobody
knows who their roommates will be,
so it’s better to get to know your
roommate when you move in with
them.
Mr Perfect:
Once you move in and settle down
with your roommate you can consider
getting to know each other and create
a good bonding between each other.
Discuss your habits, likes and dislikes
such as how high volume is
acceptable on stereo speakers, what
are your sleeping routines and so on.
Clearing out and setting up rules can
help avoid conflicts between you and
your roommate.
Obviously nobody is Mr. Perfect so
both the roommates will need to
compromise accordingly. No matter
how similar your interests are as your
roommate, there might still be issues.
Issues such as maybe your roommate
might like to have friends over until
late night whereas you want to have
some private quiet time, so that’s how
by talking and sorting out thing
together you can find a solution that
will be beneficial for each and avoid
conflicts.
Communication:
Communications is the most basic
and main thing. Never hold back
what’s bothering you about your
roommate as your roommate might
start taking your silence for granted
and you keep getting annoyed by his
habits which will further disturb your
routine. State your concerns in a
gentle manner and then come up to a
solution with your roommate. Also
take into consideration that constant
complaining to your roommate may
also end up in conflicts so it is better
to let it go at times and work on
building a good friendship bond with
your roommate.
Your roommate is not only for
resolving conflicts and sharing space,
rather you can consider your
roommate for a good company and a
support during the times when you
are having a hard time with your
studies or any sort of issues that you
are facing. Be open to your
roommate’s interests even if you are
not familiar to them, you might just
find a new activity to enjoy and pass
time.
