LIST OF CREDENTIALS FOR CLEARANCE

For the purpose of clearance for the 100 Level students,  the following are required:
1. Jamb Result Printout
2. Post Utme Result Printout
3. O'level Result
4. About 12 Identical Passport Photographs
5. Birth Certificate
6. Certificate of Origin from your Local Government
of Origin.
7. Jamb Admission Letter
8. School Fees Receipt ( Not Teller: Change the teller to
Receipt at the Bursary Office)
9. Attestation Letter (From sponsor or Pastor)
10. Matriculation Oath form (To be issued on Matriculation day)
11. Medical Screening form ( To be obtained after medical screening at ONLY Funai Medical Center)
Note: ALL CREDENTIALS MENTIONED ABOVE
MUST BE SUBMITTED IN THEIR ORIGINAL
COPPIES WHICH WILL BE GIVEN BACK TO YOU
AFTER SCREENING. YOU ARE EXPECTED TO
SUBMIT 5 PHOTOCOPIES OF EACH OF THE
CREDENTIALS.
OTHER CREDENTIALS NEEDED FOR CLEARNACE
WILL BE OFFERED YOU BE THE UNIVERSITY.
